Booking
How do I book?
Book online, or text or call 778-770-4591. All appointments are scheduled in advance - by appointment only.
When is the best time to book?
Spring and summer are the busiest seasons, so spots fill up fast - book ahead if you want a specific week.
How often should I get my car detailed?
For most regulars, about every 8 weeks is a sensible rhythm - often enough that dirt never really builds up.
Mobile service
How does mobile detailing work?
I come to you - your home or your workplace - anywhere in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, or Deep Cove. Everything happens on-site, by appointment only.
What do I need to provide?
Access to water, access to power, and a private driveway or parking spot to work in. I supply the extension cords and hose.
What happens if it rains?
North Shore weather can change plans. If the forecast looks wrong for your booking, I'll reach out ahead of time and find a day that works for you - you won't be left guessing on the morning of.
Pricing & payment
How does pricing work for different vehicle sizes?
Three tiers: Small (sedans), Medium (small SUVs), and Large (trucks and large SUVs). Price may vary based on condition.
What add-ons are available?
For interiors: Carpet Shampoo, Steam Cleaning, Pet Hair Removal, and Odor Removal. For exteriors: Clay Bar, Machine Wax, and Light Polish & Wax.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, e-transfer, or card. Card payments carry a 3% transaction fee - cash and e-transfer have no fee.
Ceramic coatings
Does ceramic coating need any special care after application?
Yes - the coating needs 24 hours parked indoors or under cover while it cures. After that, you drive as normal.
