The short version: I come to you, you provide water, power, and a spot to work, and everyone gets treated fairly. Here's the longer version.

What the service is
North Van Detailing is a mobile detailing service. All work is done at your property - your home or workplace - in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, or Deep Cove. There is no shop drop-off.
What you provide on-site
For me to do the job, you need to provide access to water, an electrical outlet, and a private spot to park the vehicle while I work (a driveway or garage works best). I bring everything else - hoses, extension cords, equipment, and products.
Appointments and weather
All work is by appointment. Because this is outdoor mobile work, weather can sometimes force a change of plans. If the forecast makes the job impossible on the day you booked, I’ll contact you ahead of your appointment and rebook you for the next time that works for you.
Pricing
Listed prices are starting points by vehicle size. Price may vary based on condition. A vehicle that needs significantly more work than average - heavy pet hair, deep stains, excessive buildup - may be quoted higher, and I'll always tell you before starting.
Tell me about your vehicle's condition
Please be upfront when booking about anything unusual - heavy soiling, pet hair, mold, spills, smoke, or damage. It helps me quote accurately, bring the right equipment, and avoid surprises on the day.
Ceramic coating cure time
Ceramic coatings need time to cure after application. Requires 24 hours parked indoors or under cover while the coating cures. Skipping the cure window can compromise the coating, so plan for it when booking.
Care of your vehicle
I treat every vehicle as if it were my own and take reasonable care throughout the job. That said, detailing works with the vehicle you have: I'm not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects (for example, worn trim, loose parts, aged paint, or prior repairs), and cleaning can sometimes reveal - not cause - issues that were hidden under dirt. Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. If you have any concern about the work, tell me within 48 hours and I'll make it right where the issue came from my work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
