North Van Detailing is a small, owner-operated business in North Vancouver, BC. This page explains, in plain language, what information I collect and what I do with it.

What I collect
When you book a detail, fill out a form on this site, or text or call me, I may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about your vehicle (make, model, size, and condition). That's it - nothing is collected behind the scenes beyond what you give me directly.
Why I collect it
I use your information to schedule appointments, prepare quotes, show up at the right address with the right setup, follow up after your detail, and occasionally send a review request or a reminder when your vehicle might be due again. I don't use it for anything else.
I don't sell your data
Your information is never sold, rented, or traded to anyone. Full stop.
Third-party services
Like most small businesses, I rely on a few software providers to run things: the booking and CRM software behind my online booking and forms, and payment processing for card payments. These providers only receive what they need to do their job (for example, your booking details or payment information), and they handle it under their own privacy policies.
How long I keep it
I keep booking and contact records for as long as I need them to serve you and to keep normal business records - things like past jobs, quotes, and invoices. If you'd like your contact information removed from my systems, ask and I'll take care of it wherever I'm not required to keep a record.
Your information, your call
I aim to handle personal information in line with Canadian and BC privacy law. You can ask me at any time what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can also opt out of follow-up messages whenever you like - just say so.
